Let me tell you about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, a cautionary tale if there ever was one. I felt compelled to leave a review and reach out to customer service because the glasses I received were just not right, and dealing with the company afterward was incredibly frustrating. As I said in my review, I bought some glasses with progressive lenses and you cannot even tell where the reading prescription is, if it is there at all. And the hinges are so stiff it feels like the sides will break. But here is the really bad part: I had been communicating with them about the problems but now, no answer for TWO WEEKS. They just stopped answering.

Customer: Hi, I'm calling about order #[Your Order Number]. I received my progressive lens glasses, but the progressive part doesn't seem to work correctly; I can't find the reading area. Also, the hinges are extremely stiff, I'm worried they'll break. CS Rep: I'm so sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues with your new glasses. That definitely isn't the experience we want you to have. I see here you've been in touch before. Customer: Yes, I have! And that's another major issue. I sent emails explaining all this two weeks ago, and I haven't received any response since then. What is going on? CS Rep: My sincere apologies for the delay in our communication. That is unacceptable, and I'll look into why your previous inquiry wasn't responded to promptly. Regarding the glasses, let's troubleshoot the progressive issue and discuss options for the stiff hinges. We can arrange a return or remake if necessary.
