Bait and Switch BOGO! A Warning to All Shoppers 🚨


I'm writing this to warn other potential buyers about my terrible online shopping experience. I was lured in by a BOGO promotion, but their website was so broken it was impossible to actually get the deal. I felt I had to contact their customer service to get the offer they promised, which only made things worse. My conclusion after this whole ordeal is simple: This company is dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional. Will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them.

Customer: Hi, I placed an order, but your website glitched and didn't apply the BOGO promotion. The glasses have arrived and are correct, but I was overcharged. I need a credit back to my card for the second pair.

CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the technical issues you experienced. I understand your frustration. Could you please provide your order number?

Customer: It's #12345. Look, the glasses are fine. Your website is the problem. The simple solution is to just credit my card for the pair that should have been free.

CS Rep: I see the order. I do apologize, but to get the BOGO offer, you would need to return the glasses and then place a new order using the promotion. I can't issue a direct credit for a past promotion.

Customer: Return them? That’s an absurd solution. Why should I have to go through all that trouble again because your website is faulty? Just fix your mistake and refund me the money.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
