My online glasses order from GlassesUSA turned into a nightmare, and I'm writing this to warn others. I ordered glasses on May 4th, promised delivery by May 11th, but it's now May 26th and they keep apologizing for delays. "After seeing all the one-star reviews that had the exact same experience which I did, I am not surprised. I ordered glasses on May 4th and was assured they would be finished on May 11th. It is now May 26th and I keep getting emails apologizing for the delay. I tried multiple times to call customer service and finally spoke to someone in India who was absolutely no help at all." This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and the constant delays forced me to contact customer service repeatedly, only to receive unhelpful responses. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage in a conversation, hoping for some resolution.
Customer: I ordered glasses on May 4th with a promised delivery of May 11th. It's now May 26th, and I still don't have them. Your emails just apologize for the delay. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I apologize for the delay in receiving your order. Can I get your order number please?
Customer: It's [Order Number]. I'm extremely frustrated. I needed these glasses for a trip that's already passed.
