I’m writing this as a cautionary tale about my terrible experience with GlassesUSA. I felt compelled to share what happened after trying to get a simple order for my son corrected. My direct feeling about this ordeal is this: "We ordered a pair of glasses for our 12-year-old… but he had trouble seeing with them." It turned out the pupil distance was incorrect, a detail their site never prompted us for. The real nightmare was trying to fix it. "You will never be able to reach a human… and have a real phone conversation… email interactions are too slow, causing the process to drag on." This communication breakdown is what forced me to engage with their customer service.
Customer: I’ve been trying to resolve this for weeks. My son’s glasses were made with the wrong PD. The exchange link I was sent doesn’t work, and no one responds to my emails in a timely manner.
