From a 5-Day Express Promise to a 20-Day Nightmare 😡


I'm writing this to warn others about my awful experience. I was in a tough spot because my old glasses broke, so I ordered a new pair on March 30th and even paid extra for express 3-5 day shipping. What followed was a masterclass in frustration. This is a "Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!" After waiting so long with zero updates, I had no choice but to call them.

Customer: My order was placed on March 30th with express shipping. It's been 11 days and it hasn't even shipped. What is going on?

CS Rep: I'm very sorry for the delay. Let me look up your order. I see it is still in production. I can refund your $10 express shipping fee immediately for the inconvenience.

Customer: A refund is the absolute minimum. When will I actually get my glasses? I paid for express because I need them urgently.

CS Rep: I understand completely. I've just checked, and it looks like it will ship in two days, but delivery will take another six days after that. I do apologize for this extended wait.

Customer: So, nearly 20 days total? That’s not express, that's a joke. I'm without glasses this whole time. This is unacceptable.

CS Rep: You are absolutely right, and I am truly sorry. This is not the service we aim to provide. We failed to meet our commitment, and I understand your frustration.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
