⚠️ Endless Delays & A Customer Service Nightmare


I'm writing this review to warn others about my terrible online shopping experience. I truly hope you can avoid the frustration I've gone through. After seeing all the one-star reviews that had the exact same experience which I did, I am not surprised. I ordered glasses on May 4th and was assured they would be finished on May 11th. It is now May 26th and I keep getting emails apologizing for the delay. I tried multiple times to call customer service and finally spoke to someone in India who was absolutely no help at all. This complete lack of clear information and endless waiting is what forced me to call them again, demanding real answers.

Customer: My order was supposed to be ready on May 11th. It is now May 26th. I've already called once and got nowhere. Can you tell me where my glasses actually are?

CS Rep: I am very sorry for the significant delay and your previous experience. I completely understand your frustration. Let me pull up your order immediately to see what the current status is.

Customer: I've just received another generic "delay" email. I don't want another apology, I want a real date or a refund. This is getting ridiculous.

CS Rep: I see the issue here. There was an unexpected processing delay at our lab. I sincerely apologize. I have personally escalated your order to priority status, and it is now scheduled to ship within the next 48 hours.

Customer: Forty-eight hours? I’ll believe it when I see the tracking number. This has been a terrible experience.

CS Rep: I understand your skepticism, and I will personally monitor your order and email you the tracking details the moment it ships to ensure it gets to you.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
