My Glasses USA Nightmare: Paid for Express Shipping, Waited Over 19 Days 😠


I'm writing this to warn other people about my horrendous experience with Glasses USA. My old glasses broke, so I urgently needed a new pair. I placed an order on March 30th and even paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping. What a mistake that was. My final verdict? Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund… Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!! This whole ordeal forced me to get on the phone with their customer service, which led to the frustrating conversation below.

Customer: Hi, I placed an order on March 30th and paid for 3-5 day express shipping. It’s now day 11 and my order is still listed as "in production." This is completely unacceptable.

CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the delay with your order. That is definitely not our standard. Could I please have your order number to look into this for you?

Customer: It's order number G-U-S-A-12345. I paid extra for fast shipping because I'm without glasses right now. What is going on?

CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order and I sincerely apologize for the production delay. I am processing a refund for your $10 shipping fee immediately. It looks like your order is now scheduled to ship today, but the delivery estimate is another 6 days.

Customer: Another six days? So it will be nearly 20 days total for an "express" order? A $10 refund barely matters when I can't see properly. This is just terrible service.

CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, and I am truly sorry. I've processed the shipping refund. Is there anything else I can assist you with today?

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
