Nightmare! GlassesUSA Left Me with Broken Frames & Empty Pockets 😡
I'm writing this because my experience with GlassesUSA was an absolute nightmare, and I want to warn others. I ordered glasses with an added warranty, expecting a smooth process. Instead, I received a broken frame, and each subsequent lens replacement was a frustrating ordeal. "This place is the worst," I thought, "I've ordered glasses with added warranty and needed a replacement due to the frame breaking and each time I've needed a lens replacement they tell me my choice of frame is out of stock and will therefore be receiving a store credit plus a small % which doesn't make sense then how do I end up with a cheaper and lighter pair than the previous? I'm so tired of dealing with this crap from glassesusa plus a 30 deductible for the replacement. If you want quality eyeglasses for your child look elsewhere they seem like a good choice but are not . They haven't got 1 order right since purchasing with them but in order to not loose my money I have to choose until they get it right all while decreasing the value of my order I started at like 189 now it's somewhere around 130 a total joke and robbery you don't even realize due to the way they credit back and their fake discount codes." The constant out-of-stock issues, store credits that devalued my purchase, and the $30 deductible for replacements left me feeling cheated and utterly disillusioned. I felt compelled to leave a review and contact customer service because their lack of adequate solutions forced me to air my grievances publicly.
