Frustrating & Dishonest: Don't Fall For Their Fake Promises! 😤
I’m writing this to warn others about my awful experience trying to buy glasses online. It felt like I was being lied to from the very start, and trying to get a straight answer was nearly impossible. After everything, I can only say that frustrating is the word to describe this company - dishonest would be another. They claim 6 days to produce the glasses - has anyone really had them make good on this? Their customer service bot is worthless and I doubt there is any HUMAN reps. I ordered for a trip thinking no problem it will take a few weeks - that has come and gone and no date in sight. Pretty disappointed that they mislead on how long it actually takes probably shipped from China. This whole mess forced me to try and contact their support, hoping for a real answer.
Customer: My order is weeks late. Your website claims a 6-day production time, but I ordered for a trip that's already passed and there's still no shipping date.
CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the delay and the frustration this has caused. I can certainly understand your disappointment. Could you please provide your order number so I can investigate this for you?
Customer: The number is [Order Number]. I already tried the chat bot and it was completely worthless. Are you a real person? The delays and lack of communication feel incredibly dishonest.
CS Rep: I assure you I am a live agent, and I sincerely apologize for the experience you've had. I see your order was held up by an unexpected production issue. This is not the standard we aim for, and I understand why you feel misled.
Customer: So what are you going to do about it? An apology doesn't get me the glasses I paid for.
CS Rep: You are absolutely right. I have escalated your order to priority status to have it shipped immediately. I have also refunded your shipping fees as a gesture of our apology for this unacceptable delay.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
